Words.

"The depression, that’s something I thought was a phase but is actually something that retreats and returns — very naturally, this happens — depression is like the ocean tide or the sun or a determined cancer that doesn’t stay away for long."

Words are so amazingly brilliant. They hold so much meaning and power. A few random words plucked out of thin air, placed into a linear line, and you get the most inspiring sentence that packs such a huge force of impact and is able to touch both your heart and soul. And when you add all these random words together to form layers and layers of sentences, you get yourself a story. Simply amazing. It's like one day you're this person who has never given much thought into a certain topic, then the next day, because of these few words that have magically popped out of nowhere, your perspective and life has been changed.

I guess I'm just so amazed at the magnitude of words. Definitely have a huge amount of respect and appreciation towards all those writers who have managed to change anyone's lives out there because of their words and stories.
